Lowe Sports present “HOW TO RECRUIT THE NEW AGE RECRUIT”(Coaches Only Workshop). The workshop is a part of the new series entitled “Out Of Bounds”, in which we will have open and honest discussions in an interactive workshop format about the game of basketball. We’ll educate and make you aware of several aspects of recruiting that you might have taken for granted. However, the information learned will be extremely helpful to you and your program.

Recruiting the “new age” recruit is a lot different than it was five years ago. With the rise of NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) opportunities, the transfer portal, social media influence, parent involvement, agents and a more empowered athlete culture, coaches and programs need to evolve their approach.

It’s no longer, “shut up and dribble.” And, if you have this mindset then you are in for a rude awakening.

“HOW TO RECRUIT THE NEW AGE RECRUIT” is a workshop unlike any other.

You will not only learn the things which are most important to these student athletes and families when recruiting them but you will learn the “strategies” to get them to “commit” to your school as well.

Also, this is not a workshop where you will just “shut up and listen” either. This is an “interactive workshop” where you will participate by answering questions, sharing stories and having open and honest conversations about the recruiting landscape.
