DESCRIPTION:  \n\nLowe Sports present “HOW TO RECRUIT THE NEW AGE RECRUIT”(Coaches Only Workshop). The workshop is a part of the new series entitled “Out Of Bounds”\, in which we will have open and honest discussions in an interactive workshop format about the game of basketball. We’ll educate and make you aware of several aspects of recruiting that you might have taken for granted. However\, the information learned will be extremely helpful to you and your program. \nRecruiting the “new age” recruit is a lot different than it was five years ago. With the rise of NIL (Name\, Image\, and Likeness) opportunities\, the transfer portal\, social media influence\, parent involvement\, agents and a more empowered athlete culture\, coaches and programs need to evolve their approach. \nIt’s no longer\, “shut up and dribble.” And\, if you have this mindset then you are in for a rude awakening. \n“HOW TO RECRUIT THE NEW AGE RECRUIT” is a workshop unlike any other. \nYou will not only learn the things which are most important to these student athletes and families when recruiting them but you will learn the “strategies” to get them to “commit” to your school as well. \nAlso\, this is not a workshop where you will just “shut up and listen” either. DESCRIPTION:See\, you can play in all the showcases and camps you want to but don’t miss out on the most important information which will help you regardless if you have an offer or not. \n  \nWe understand your child can play\, but hasn’t been seen enough by college coaches for them to take notice.\nIn this new era of recruitment\, regardless of their skill set\, high school athletes are being overlooked by college coaches for collegiate transfer athletes (college players in the transfer portal).\nIt doesn’t matter if you are in high school or post grad\, college coaches believe the player they are looking for is in the transfer portal because they have already played college basketball.\nFor Arizona “High School Students Athletes Parents” Only: We are looking for student athletes & parents to take advantage of this unique opportunity.\n  \nA one-time workshop which will\,\n1. Educate you about the “recruiting” process.\n2. Help you understand what you should be “doing” at the moment to get seen by college coaches.\n3. Help you “learn” what college coaches are truly “looking” for in recruits.\n  \nWe have consulted plenty of high school student athletes & and families\, and one thing I can say is if you don’t start educating yourself\,\nParents: You will be out of tons of money putting your child in things that don’t matter.\nStudent Athletes: You will be extremely frustrated because you are not receiving interest or offers.\nOne thing most student athletes & families don’t understand is that navigating the college recruiting process is all a game\, and once you understand the game\, you will conquer the game.\n  \nOur mission is to “Helping One Student Athlete At A Time”. This is where we “Bring Real Hoopin Back”! \nThe Valley Invitational brings the basketball community together for a family fun event where we empower the youth and celebrate community spirit. The Valley Invitational\, in collaboration with Coach Phil\, stands as a unique platform where talent\, education\, and culture converge to create an unforgettable experience. \nOn Sunday Sept 29\, “The Valley Invitational” Showcase is where some of the top players in the class of 2029-2033 will display their basketball talent. \nThe Valley Invitational is founded by myself coach Phil Lowe Jr\, author\, speaker\, educator\, and basketball aficionado. All-N\, in collaboration with Lowe Sports is dedicated to student athlete development which educates\, motivates\, and inspires student athletes and families. \nWe had over 400+ people in attendance last year and this year won’t be anything less. The kids and families had an awesome time and we look forward to making the experience even better for them this year. \nAs a “VIP Member”\, your ticket includes: \n1. A Court Side Seat   2.
